A seasoned Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with decades of experience, she specializes in Engineering Psychology and Human Reliability—disciplines focused on optimizing human–system interaction to boost productivity and performance. With a strong foundation in the pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing industries, she has led large-scale training and human reliability programs that enable organizations to adapt, transform, and thrive in highly regulated environments.
A certified HRM and Lean Six Sigma professional, Praveena is passionate about teaching, coaching, and mentoring teams to build future-ready organizations. Her career spans academic and industrial leadership roles, including positions in multinational companies where she has successfully designed and executed change management and continuous improvement strategies that align with digital transformation goals.
As co-developer of the Gemba Business System (GBS) model, she has helped shape a globally recognized framework that integrates qualitative and quantitative methodologies to enhance organizational culture, drive operational excellence, and enable technology adoption. Her work focuses on integrating human reliability principles with AI, automation, and compliance solutions—delivering measurable business impact, sustainable growth, and cultural transformation for clients worldwide.
